On Thursday, records show they lowered it to $4.5 million, 75 percent of what they originally wanted three months ago.

As Kim confirmed the sale of her home in Los Angeles last week, her daughter, Brielle Biermann, 26, said she wasn’t convinced that Kim and Kroy wouldn’t ultimately work things out. The couple had taken out a $1.65 million loan on the home in 2012 shortly after purchasing it, according to the notice. "Typically owners have until the business day before [the auction] to redeem the default amount and halt the foreclosure," Brock Harris of the VOYAGE Real Estate team at Compass tells PEOPLE. Positioned against one wall is a pair of the 1994 car racing arcade game Cruis'N World, of which Kim tells her followers she is "The Queen." The room also features a foosball table, an air hockey table and several standing arcade machines.
Daniel Breaks Down the "Good and Bad" of Relationship with Ariana
After their wedding, Biermann became the adoptive father of Zolciak-Biermann's two daughters — Brielle, 25, and Ariana, 21 — and they took his last name. Together he and Zolciak-Biermann share Kroy "KJ" Jagger Jr., 11, Kash Kade, 10, and twins Kaia Rose and Kane Ren, 9, who have all been raised in the property. In Tuesday's video, Biermann, who last played for the Buffalo Bills before his retirement, is seen vacuuming the home's landing and a cream carpet in one of the bedrooms. According to a source close to the star, the domestic dispatches are intentional and intended to be a signal to her followers that all is well. On Tuesday, Kim shared a video of Kroy vacuuming the lavish home in his underwear, and on Wednesday, she gave a tour of her "Hollywood room," a lavish sitting room topped by a massive, sparkling chandelier.
Kim Zolciak Biermann is sharing glimpses of life at her Georgia mansion to make a point after the home went into foreclosure, a source tells PEOPLE. The issue is that her clickbait posts have become so low quality that it’s hard to take her seriously. Regardless, it doesn’t look like any amount of feedback will stop her from using these posts to make a few coins.
In October, a source confirmed to PEOPLE that the pair are "still under the same roof." Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann have significantly reduced the asking price of their Atlanta home for the second time after it has failed to sell since October. "You guys, I had about a damn heart attack when I went on my Instagram," Ariana said in a TikTok video she shared on April 23. After joining ‘Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ in 2014, Lisa Rinna will depart the beloved reality series.
Kim previously denied reports that the property was in foreclosure last fall, with a video posted on her Instagram Story captured by @BravoHousewives in November 2022. Friday, a source close to the Bravo star confirmed to PEOPLE that the issue has been resolved, stating, "The couple has taken the action to clear this up." Page Six confirmed that the estranged pair slashed the asking price of the seven-bedroom, 11-bathroom home by $500,000. Kim and Kroy previously reconciled in June following a divorce filing earlier this year but called off their reunion in August, when Kroy refiled his documents to end their marriage. Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann officially listed their seven-bedroom, nine-and-a-half-bathroom Milton, Georgia, mansion for sale on Monday.
Will Kim and Kroy lose their house this time?

Us confirmed in October 2023 that the Zolciak-Biermann house was put on the market for $3.2 million. The price was later upped to $6 million but has since been dropped to $5.5 million. The couple bought the home on the 18th hole of the Manor Golf & Country Club for $880,000 in 2012, right after they got married and before Kroy Biermann in 2013 adopted Zolciak’s two daughters, Arianna and Brielle, from her first marriage.
Kim had insisted since news of the notice broke that the situation was a "misunderstanding" with the bank, a source previously told PEOPLE. In a video posted on her Instagram Story and captured by @BravoHousewives, she said, "Ok you guys, my house has not sold for $257,000," she started in the clip, panning around the interior of her home. "If you guys think I would let my home that we've put millions and millions of dollars into go for $257,000, you're an idiot, okay? For real." In February, a notice shared by Fulton County stated that the home was in foreclosure after the ex-couple defaulted on a $1.56 million loan they took out in October 2012 and that Truist Bank would be putting the property up for public auction. In case you missed it, Kim tried to make a few bucks the other day by posting a click article that said “RIP” along with a picture of her and estranged husband Kroy Biermann.

Ariana said her mom's post gave her some serious secondhand embarrassment. But hey, you'd think she's gotta be used to all the drama since Kim and Kroy split in 2023. Sharing another B&W IG post with Kroy, and venting in the caption, "EVERY DAY it's always something new. I'm tired of so much BS being thrown my way. So you want to know 'what died?' Here's the truth..." There's also a six-car garage; billiard and arcade rooms; a gym with a private massage room; a 500-bottle, climate-controlled walk-in wine cellar; a heated pool and a home theater.
Wherever they end up next, let’s hope it’s in separate residences that aren’t too close to each other. The posting of an auction notice is only one step in the foreclosure process — which in many cases can be stopped along the way — and it doesn’t always mean that an auction will result. Reality-TV star Kim Zolciak-Biermann’s alleged foreclosure is no more, despite a public notice going up last week indicating the Alpharetta, Ga., home she shares with hubby Kroy Biermann would be auctioned off March 7.
The 45-year-old Don’t Be Tardy star's recent Instagram message featured a black-and-white photo of herself with her estranged husband and daughter Ariana's father, Kroy Biermann, accompanied by the hashtags "#RIP 💔 #LinkInBio." A legal representative for Zolciak — who has two adult daughters from previous relationships — slammed Biermann’s allegations in a June statement to People. Bethenny Frankel put ‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’ stars Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann on blast amid news of their divorce and financial troubles. According to the petition, Biermann is seeking “sole legal and sole physical custody” of the four minor children he shares with Zolciak —sons Kroy Jr., Kash and Kane and daughter Kaia. He is also seeking child support, alimony and the family’s mansion in Alpharetta, Ga. A source previously told PEOPLE the star is "telling everyone [the foreclosure] is a misunderstanding and is being sorted out," noting, "She's not moving."
